Wok or Additional Pit is a versatile attachment. Cooking in wok is similar to frying in a pan, and it can also be used as an additional pit for maintaining embers, while actual cooking is performed in the Dutch Oven or on the Grill Grate. Wok is recommended for frying golden crispy chips, fish, chestnuts, pancakes and stews. Wok should be maintained in compliance with the enclosed manual. Wok may be treated similarly to the Chinese wok.
